"Why do we press the remote buttons harder when we know the batteries are low"
i m sure all of us have experienced this , atleast once in our life . yes it is exactly what we do when we are in pain , clutch on to something or somebody really tight!
why ?
i guess its a simple funda
may be not that simple !
May be bcoz its in pain that we realise we are mortals and dont want life to let go of us. 'Its the time of realisation.' Yes, what we took for granted may not always be there , our well being , our life!
How at that time we are evaded by pain and more than that by fear ... a fear of the unknown!
Being human one of our worst fears is to let go and its much more difficult to do so when we are in pain . But i guess we have to learn , bcoz this learning is what immortality looks like !
I really dont think that this feeling is restricted to the person who factually suffers pain but to all her loved ones too, who feel pain to see her suffer!

absolutely yaar...i mean it really is difficult for us to let go of not only the person but all the memories associated with that person ...and i guess it is selfish of us and deep down inside we rae jealous because we want to have the people we love to ourselves ...but as luck would have it we dont even have to privilege to possess our own selves ...
I think I press the remote too hard coz I am too lazy to go and get new batteries ... :)
